This website is operated by PuroBioLabs. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to PuroBioLabs. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them.

Research-use scope

For laboratory and research use only. Not for human consumption.

Products are presented and supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research. They are not drugs, foods or cosmetics and are not for human or veterinary use. Any use outside the stated research context is prohibited.

Product descriptions, labels, research-use statements, and certificates do not replace obligations under applicable law and do not by themselves determine a product's regulatory status.

Eligibility and lawful purchasing

Products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers and licensed laboratories. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a licensed laboratory, research institution or research organisation, and that products will be handled by qualified persons in an appropriate laboratory setting.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use comply with the laws and institutional requirements that apply to your circumstances.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed using an option displayed securely at checkout. Available payment options can vary by order and provider.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not prevent us from reviewing it for availability, pricing errors, fraud, research-use concerns, or legal requirements. We may reasonably limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order where necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Product information and analytical documents

We aim to keep product names, strengths, prices, availability, images, and descriptions accurate. If we identify a material error before dispatch, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected order.

Where a certificate of analysis or test report is provided, it relates to the batch and test described in that document. Analytical identity or purity results do not establish sterility, safety, suitability for a particular project, or legal status.

Shipping and delivery

Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, address changes, and delivery issues are covered by our Shipping Policy. Carrier timeframes are estimates, and we will provide any remedy required by applicable law if an order is lost, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Returns and refunds

Returns, change-of-mind requests, damaged or incorrect orders, assessments, and refunds are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the website or products to break the law, interfere with the storefront, submit false information, infringe another person's rights, attempt unauthorised access, or use products outside the stated research scope.

We may suspend access, cancel an order, or refuse service where we reasonably believe this section has been breached or action is required to protect the store, another person, or legal compliance.

Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by use outside the stated research scope, improper storage or handling after delivery, false information supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control. This does not limit responsibility where we caused or contributed to the loss or where the law provides otherwise.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website's branding, text, graphics, product photography, and other original content are owned by or licensed to PuroBioLabs. You may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit that content without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed through the payment options presented at checkout and are subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the store, providers, or legal requirements change. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms apply to future use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply in Australia. Nothing in this section restricts access to a court, tribunal, regulator, or consumer protection body where a customer has a right to use it.
