1. Research-Use Products

All products sold by PuroBioLabs are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research purposes only.

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research compounds, we maintain a strict returns policy to preserve product integrity, safety, and compliance standards.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before completing your order.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

• Is faulty or defective
  
• Is significantly different from its description
  
• Is not of acceptable quality
  
• Does not perform as reasonably expected
  

Where a major failure occurs, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To lodge a claim, please provide:

• Your order number
  
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging
  
• Clear photographs of the product received
  
• A brief explanation of the issue

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Eligibility for Returns

A return may only be approved where:

• The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  
• The item remains unopened and in original condition
  
• The issue is reported promptly
  

Due to compliance and safety standards, opened products cannot be returned unless required by law.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  
• Processing times depend on your financial institution
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a major failure
  

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a refund.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if it appears inconsistent with our research-use policy or legal obligations.

8. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

• Deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  
• Unclaimed parcels
  
• Redelivery fees resulting from customer error
  

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-sent parcels.

9. Limitation of Liability

PuroBioLabs is not responsible for:

• Improper storage after delivery
  
• Misuse of research products
  
• Use outside stated research purposes
  

Responsibility transfers to the purchaser once the order has been delivered.
