1. Australian Local Dispatch
PuroBioLabs is an Australian-owned and operated business. All in-stock items are dispatched from within Australia.
We do not operate as an international dropshipper. Orders are fulfilled from our Australian location to ensure faster delivery, improved reliability, and reduced transit risk.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, promotions, or high-demand events, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Methods
We ship Australia-wide using reputable domestic carriers, including:

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Auspost Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.
PuroBioLabs does not guarantee carrier delivery timeframes.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if required.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
PuroBioLabs is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete address details
- Failure to collect parcels from postal facilities
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched and handed to the shipping carrier.
Ownership of goods passes to the purchaser upon full payment and dispatch.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost:
- Please contact us so we can initiate an enquiry with the carrier
- Investigations are subject to the carrier’s processes and timeframes
PuroBioLabs is not liable for carrier-related delays once the parcel is in transit. However, we will assist in good faith to resolve issues where possible.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- Clear photographs of the product received
We will assess the claim in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and determine an appropriate remedy (replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable).
10. International Orders
At this time, PuroBioLabs primarily services Australian customers.
If international shipping is offered:
- Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import regulations
- We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, duties, taxes, or regulatory actions
11. Compliance Notice
All products sold by PuroBioLabs are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears inconsistent with our research-use policy or applicable regulations.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where goods fail to meet statutory consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to a remedy as provided by law.
